Refund policy

For the health and safety of our customers, bath, body, and skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and sanitation reasons. Earrings are also final sale.

We want you to love your Sea Salt & Clay Co. order. If your order arrives defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Sea Salt & Clay Co. reviews refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
